About The Position

Leacock Paving LLC is seeking a Class A CDL Dump Truck Driver for a local driving position. This role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule with optional Saturdays, ensuring you are home every night. The company is a growing, faith-based organization that values hard work, respect, and quality craftsmanship in asphalt paving for residential, agricultural, and commercial properties. The driver will be part of a supportive team and contribute to active, hands-on work transporting and loading materials.

Requirements

Able to operate a Tri-Axel Dump Truck with an Eager Beaver Trailer.
2 years of Class A CDL driving experience is preferred.
Valid CDL with an "M" endorsement.
Clean driving record for the past 3 years.
Aware of your surroundings as you operate the equipment.
Respectful in language and actions.
Can be counted on to arrive at work on time and work efficiently throughout the day.
Driven to contribute to the team.
Good people skills.
Humble.

Responsibilities

Safely drive a dump truck and trailer to local job sites throughout the workday.
Transport equipment and materials to and from residential, farm, and commercial properties.
Load and unload equipment efficiently to keep crews on schedule.
Secure loads properly and ensure safe operation of vehicles and equipment at all times.
Work closely with the crew on-site to support daily project needs and keep jobs running smoothly.
Follow safety procedures and maintain awareness of your surroundings while operating vehicles and equipment.
