About The Position

Get your driving career on the right track with a stable, full-time W2 position. We are expanding our regional and OTR team, offering a bi-weekly schedule that guarantees consistent miles and dependable revenue. Whether you have years of experience or just finished trucking school, we have a lane for you. We offer paid mentorship for recent CDL graduates. If you have zero over-the-road experience but hold proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school, we will pay you to learn. Our 3-to-5-week one-on-one program covers professional ELD management and total DOT compliance, hands-on practice and supervised miles to build your confidence, and complete backing and road support before you transition to solo driving.

Requirements

A valid Class A CDL (or 120-hour school certificate).
A clean driving record (MVR).
A strong commitment to on-road safety.
The flexibility to handle a bi-weekly home time rotation.
Ability to pass the standard DOT drug test and physical exam.
Proof of 120+ hours from an accredited CDL school (for recent graduates).

Responsibilities

Drive brand new 2024–2025 Freightliners and Kenworth's.
Operate tractors equipped with APU units.
Transport mostly dry van cargo with about 70% drop and hook.
Average between 2,300 and 2,500+ miles per week.
Manage ELD and ensure total DOT compliance.
Gain hands-on practice and supervised miles.
Receive backing and road support before transitioning to solo driving.
