About The Position

LeMay PCR, a Waste Connections company, is hiring a Class A CDL Driver in Frederickson, WA. This local CDL driving position offers home-daily routes, competitive hourly pay, a consistent four-day work schedule, and excellent benefits. We are seeking an experienced and safety-focused commercial truck driver to operate a Class A tractor-trailer on local routes serving customers throughout the South Puget Sound region.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
Minimum of three years of Class A CDL driving experience.
Experience operating tractor-trailers; experience with 53-foot trailers preferred.
Ability to operate a manual transmission.
Driving record that meets company and DOT requirements.
High School Diploma or GED.
Strong safety record and commitment to safe driving practices.
Knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle inspections, and transportation safety requirements.
Ability to work independently and provide professional customer service.

Experience with 53-foot trailers preferred.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer with a manual transmission.
Drive local routes while following DOT regulations and company safety standards.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of commercial vehicles.
Inspect brakes, tires, lights, fluids, and safety equipment.
Maintain accurate driver logs and required documentation.
Provide excellent customer service while representing Waste Connections.
Enter and exit the vehicle frequently throughout the workday.
Lift, move, and handle materials as required.
Train on Roll-Off equipment as business needs require.
Perform other duties as assigned.
