About The Position

We are seeking a reliable Class A CDL Driver for a full-time position in the Tampa, FL area. This role involves driving dry van freight with an average of 2,000–2,500 miles per week. The job offers 100% no-touch freight and a significant portion of drop and hook loads. Drivers can expect to be home bi-weekly, with a schedule of 12 days out and 3 days home. We do not force dispatch into NYC or its boroughs. This is a great opportunity for experienced CDL-A drivers looking for consistent miles, competitive pay, and predictable home time.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• At least 6 months of recent Class A driving experience
• Must live in Tampa, FL or the immediate surrounding area

• Veterans with DD214 documentation may receive an additional $0.01 CPM.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A CDL vehicle.
• Transport dry van freight.
• Maintain an average of 2,000–2,500 miles per week.
• Adhere to a schedule of 12 days out and 3 days home.
• Perform 100% no-touch freight operations.
• Handle drop and hook loads.
• Avoid forced dispatch into NYC or the 5 boroughs.

Benefits

• Mandatory $0.16 per diem
• Onboarding Bonus: $250 upon completion of orientation
• Drivers who do not pass orientation will receive $90 per day attended
• Additional $250 paid after first dispatched load
• Monthly performance bonus available during first 6 months
• Detention Pay: $15/hour after 2 hours (up to $80 per 24-hour period)
• Layover Pay: $75 per 24-hour period
• Breakdown Pay: $75 per 24-hour period plus motel expenses
• NYC Delivery Pay: $100 delivery / $60 pickup
