About The Position

American Stone is hiring a full-time Class A CDL Driver to deliver stone products to customers, contractors, and store locations. The role involves transporting materials safely and efficiently while supporting yard and customer operations. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, an energetic and outgoing personality, and the ability to perform multiple tasks concurrently with ease and professionalism. This position offers a pay range of $25 to $28 per hour.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL with proper endorsements
• Valid Medical Card
• Clean driving record
• Ability to meet physical job requirements including lifting and working outdoors
• Ability to pass a drug screening

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers, contractors, and store locations
• Load, secure, and unload materials using appropriate equipment
• Operate flatbed or dump trucks in compliance with safety standards
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips to ensure safe operation
• Maintain accurate delivery records and follow assigned routes
• Follow DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Assist yard staff with loading, organization, and general tasks
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Perform basic truck care and ensure equipment is in good condition
