Class A CDL Driver - 5PM START Local Home Daily
About The Position
As a local delivery driver at Dutch Farms, you will be delivering refrigerated and frozen food product throughout the Wisconsin area to local grocery stores. This position has a 5pm start time and offers home daily schedules, running Monday through Friday with Sundays and Saturdays off. You will be paid weekly with a gross pay of $1,400 – $1,500, and an annual gross income of $72,000 – $78,000. The starting wage is $26 per hour, with potential for an additional $2,200 through bonuses, including a $1,000 Attendance Bonus Potential, a $1,200 Safety Bonus Potential, and $500 Referral Bonuses.
Requirements
- Must have valid A Class Commercial Driver’s License
- Must be familiar with electronic logs and HOS regulations
- English Language Proficiency (ELP) required in compliance with DOT regulations.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, and rotate.
- PDL (Physical Demand Limit) generally is at 60-70 lbs. with occasional PDL at 150 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Delivering refrigerated and frozen food product throughout the Wisconsin area to local grocery stores.
- Inspect and complete thorough pre and post trips on all equipment.
- Utilize pressure bars and e-track bars to ensure load securement and safety.
- Responsible for safe unloading of product at customer deliveries.
- Maintain all necessary and accurate load paperwork.
- Maintain good professional communication with management.
- Provide outstanding customer service during delivery and pickup operations.
