About The Position

This position starts and ends daily in Colby, Kansas, offering no scheduled weekend routes and steady year-around work. The role involves making connections with and helping local businesses grow, utilizing your CDL license with a Monday-Friday route that ensures you are home every night. Typical days start at 4 am and can vary slightly depending on the assigned route, with end times ranging between 1 pm and 4 pm. Route drivers begin by picking up packed trailers and following a delivery route. At each stop, drivers will be involved in building loads for customers, which requires attention to detail in reading and scanning delivery tickets, coordinating product placement with customers, obtaining signatures, and fostering relationships with repeat clients. The company offers paid on-the-job training for individuals who do not currently have a CDL but can obtain one quickly with assistance, pairing them with experienced drivers for hands-on experience.

Requirements

• 18 years old
• Current CDL, or ability to obtain within 3 months
• Good driving record
• High school or equivalent education
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 100lbs

Responsibilities
