About The Position
We are seeking experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our Regional Fleet. This position offers competitive weekly earnings, a sign-on bonus, and guaranteed home time every weekend. Drivers will operate primarily in the Western States, handling 100% no-touch freight with a mix of drop and hook and live unload loads. You will be driving modern equipment, including 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadias and Kenworth tractors.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months of Class A CDL driving experience.
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Up-to-date DOT Medical Card.
- Must pass standard pre-employment drug screening.
- Must pass standard pre-employment background check.
Responsibilities
- Operate a Class A CDL vehicle safely and efficiently.
- Adhere to all DOT regulations and company policies.
- Complete assigned routes within the Western States operating area.
- Manage load and unload processes (100% no-touch freight).
- Ensure timely delivery and pickup of freight.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation.
Benefits
- Weekly Earnings: Top 20% of regional drivers average $1,250+ per week
- Sign-On Bonus: $3,000
- Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours (or higher per state law)
- Layover / Breakdown Pay: $100 per day (or higher per state law)
