About The Position

Om Produce is seeking qualified, safety-focused Class A CDL drivers for regional dedicated routes with consistent freight, predictable schedules, and weekly home time. This position operates under DOT/FMCSA regulations and requires drivers who meet all federal and company safety standards. The regional dedicated routes may include operating in states such as TX, CO, OK, AR, IA, KS, LA, MS, MO, MN, GA, NC, TN. Drivers will have a maximum of 4 nights out per week and a weekly reset at the home terminal. Flexible dedicated schedules are available.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL issued by state of residence
Minimum 3 years verifiable Class A driving experience
Must be at least 21 years of age
Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) per company and DOT standards
No more than 3 moving violations in the last 4 years
No DUI/DWI within the last 7 years
No more than 2 preventable accidents in the last 5 years (none within the last year)
Ability to pass a DOT physical examination and maintain a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and participate in random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, and return-to-duty testing as required by DOT
Ability to read, write, and communicate in English as required by 49 CFR §391.11
Ability to safely perform all physical requirements of the job

Responsibilities

Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in compliance with FMCSA, DOT, and company policies
Transport and deliver freight on assigned regional routes
Perform touch freight using an electric pallet jack
Conduct required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) logs using an ELD
Report vehicle defects, incidents, or accidents per company procedures
Maintain professional appearance and customer service standards
Comply with all drug & alcohol testing requirements (49 CFR Part 382)
