This role involves serving as a backup linehaul driver, covering additional routes as needed, and assisting in warehouse operations such as receiving and sorting freight. Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with at least two years of linehaul experience
- Strong work ethic and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to lift and handle packages up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to pass a Background Check, MVR, and Drug & Screen
- Knowledge of DOT regulations, vehicle safety, and control systems
- Ability to read maps, road signs, and maintain logs
- Basic tech skills to operate handheld devices when required
Responsibilities
- Serve as a backup linehaul driver and cover additional routes as needed.
- Assist in warehouse operations when not driving – including receiving, sorting freight, and other tasks assigned by the Terminal Manager.
