CLASS A CDL Driver (Manual Transmission, DNR Certification SPONSORED) – Milwaukee, WI
About The Position
Liquid Environmental Solutions is hiring a Class A CDL Driver (Manual Transmission) to service the Milwaukee, WI metro and throughout Wisconsin. This is a hands-on, physically active role driving 10-speed manual vacuum pump trucks, providing essential environmental services, and returning home daily. This position requires you to obtain a Wisconsin DNR Operator Certification to legally operate specific pump trucks in our fleet. LES will fully sponsor the certification fee, but you must be willing and able to study for, take, and pass the required exams within a designated timeframe. Failure to acquire and maintain this certification will result in disqualification from the role.
Requirements
- Valid CDL Class A License (Required)
- Must be able to drive a 10-speed manual transmission (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of commercial or military driving experience (Required)
- Tanker Endorsement (Required before start date)
- DNR Operator Certification (Required post-hire; LES covers cost, candidate must pass exams)
- Ability to lift 55 lbs or more, work outdoors in varying conditions
- Must register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse before hire: FMCSA Clearinghouse Registration
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and willingness to get your hands dirty
- Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities
- Safely operate 10-speed manual transmission vacuum pump trucks for grease trap pumping, catch basin pumping, and other non-hazardous liquid waste services
- Perform basic on-site troubleshooting and maintenance of equipment as needed
- Ensure compliance with all DOT, company, and environmental safety regulations
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, customers, and team members to meet service expectations
- Accurately complete logs, manifests, and route paperwork
- Follow proper procedures for liquid waste transportation, processing, and disposal
- Successfully obtain and maintain DNR Operator Certification after hire (company-sponsored)
