About The Position
Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations is seeking a Full-Time Class A CDL Driver to join their team in Onalaska, WI. This role involves safely picking up and delivering freight, completing necessary documentation, communicating with dispatch, and assisting with loading/unloading. The driver will act as a professional ambassador for the company, focusing on safety, compliance, and customer service. The schedule is Monday-Friday, averaging 55 hours per week, with compensation at $23.00/hour.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Class A CDL and eligibility to drive commercially
- Satisfactory driving record
- Strong navigational skills using maps and GPS systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Clear communication and active listening abilities
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Highly focused for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift 50–100 lbs
- Comfortable sitting for up to 6 hours consistently and occasionally up to 11 hours per day
Nice To Haves
- One or more years of commercial driving experience
- Forklift certification
Responsibilities
- Safely pick up and deliver freight in compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Complete required documentation and transportation paperwork accurately and timely
- Communicate consistently with dispatch regarding routes, timing, and updates
- Assist with loading and unloading trailers as needed
- Represent Dynamic Lifecycle Innovations as a professional ambassador while providing exceptional customer service to industry partners
- Maintain a strong focus on safety, compliance, and vehicle responsibility
