About The Position

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for an over-the-road dry van position based in Dallas, TX. This position offers 100% no-touch freight, a $2,000 sign-on bonus, and a guaranteed weekly minimum pay program for qualified drivers. You will operate newer model equipment while running freight throughout the continental U.S., primarily east of Interstate 35. This role is ideal for drivers who enjoy long-haul freight, want predictable home time, and are looking for consistent earnings with modern equipment.

Requirements

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum first-seat driving experience required
• Ability to run OTR routes throughout all 48 states
• Safe driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Professional attitude and commitment to safety

Responsibilities

• Haul dry van freight throughout the continental U.S.
• Transport 100% no-touch freight
• Operate a mix of: 50–60% drop-and-hook freight and 40–50% live unload freight
• Complete pre-trip/post-trip inspections
• Maintain DOT compliance and safe driving practices
• Deliver freight on time while providing professional customer service
