About The Position

Denali Water Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Class A CDL Driver to transport biosolids from MAWSS (Mobile Area Water & Sewer System) wastewater treatment plants to designated landfill locations throughout Alabama and Mississippi. This position operates a CDL-A semi-truck with an end dump trailer and is responsible for safely hauling and unloading material while maintaining compliance with DOT, OSHA, and company safety standards. Drivers can expect consistent local/regional routes with 3–4 loads per day, operating 5 days per week.

Requirements

Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) required
Minimum of 1–2 years of CDL-A driving experience preferred
End dump trailer experience preferred
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to meet DOT requirements
Ability to operate manual transmissions preferred
Strong understanding of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required

Responsibilities

Safely operate a Class A CDL tractor-trailer with end dump trailer configuration
Transport biosolids from wastewater treatment facilities to approved landfill sites throughout Alabama and Mississippi
Complete 3–4 loads per day while maintaining safe and efficient operations
Perform pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections
Properly secure, transport, and unload materials in accordance with company and environmental regulations
Maintain accurate driver logs, mileage records, inspection reports, and load documentation
Follow all DOT, FMCSA, OSHA, and company safety procedures
Communicate effectively with dispatch, plant personnel, landfill operators, and management
Report equipment issues, accidents, incidents, or delays immediately
Maintain cleanliness and general upkeep of assigned equipment
Operate safely in varying weather and road conditions
