About The Position

Pace is hiring a Class A Driver in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for deliveries between Pace cross docks or customer locations in the Southeastern region. The ideal candidate will be proactive, assertive, and thrive in a structured environment involving specialized processes.

Requirements

At least 1 year or more of experience driving a CDL A qualified commercial vehicle.
Must meet background and drug screening requirements.
Drivers must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

Complete touch freight deliveries.
Pick up freight/trailers and deliver on time to scheduled locations.
Use Pace delivery app/scanner to track and document all deliveries.
Maintain good relationships with customers.
Ensure punctuality and accuracy on all deliveries.
Drive assigned truck safely and responsibly.
Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
Report problems with the truck including accidents, traffic violations, and damages.
Provide customers with first-in-class experience.
Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
