About The Position

Pace is hiring a Class A Driver in Austell, GA. Pace is seeking a Class A Driver that will be responsible for deliveries between Pace cross docks or customer locations in the Southeastern region. It requires someone who can be proactive as well as assertive, and who thrives in a structured environment involving specialized processes.

Requirements

• Must have at least 1 year or more of experience driving a CDL A qualified commercial vehicle.
• Must meet background and drug screening requirements.
• Drivers must be 21 or older.

Responsibilities

• Willing to complete touch freight deliveries.
• Pick up freight/trailers and deliver on time to scheduled locations.
• Use Pace delivery app/scanner to track and document all deliveries.
• Maintain good relationships with our customers when delivering.
• Punctuation, and accuracy on all deliveries.
• Safety First! Driving your assigned truck safely and responsibly.
• Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines.
• Reporting problems with your truck including accidents, traffic violations, and damages.
• Providing our customers with first-in-class experience.
• Perform other duties assigned by superiors.
