About The Position

Major Carrier is seeking a Dedicated Regional Mentor with a Class A CDL. This position requires drivers to have a clean CDL with no incidents in the past year and an address that matches the hiring area. The role involves a dedicated dry van lane with a mix of drop and hook and live unload (no touch freight). Night driving is required, and drivers will be home weekly for 34-hour resets. The operating area includes states such as MA, CT, NY (Albany and Syracuse, with backhauls out of Buffalo), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, and KY. Drivers must pass a hair follicle drug screen and cannot be SAP drivers. Late model Freightliner Cascadias (automatics) will be provided.

Requirements

• Class A CDL.
• Clean CDL with no incidents within the past year.
• CDL address must match the hiring area.
• Minimum 3 months of 53' tractor-trailer experience within the last year.
• Must be 25 years old to mentor.
• Must pass a hair follicle drug screen.
• No SAP drivers.
• Must have 6 months of experience to be considered for the mentor role.

Nice To Haves

• Hazmat endorsement within 90 days.
