About The Position

XTL Transport is seeking to hire 5 more Class 1 US/Canada Long-Haul Drivers to join their Airdrie team. This role offers consistent and steady year-round work with dedicated customers across the U.S. and Canada, reliable and on-time pay, and flexible options with regional loads available. Drivers will enjoy steady work, modern equipment, and a supportive environment.

Requirements

• Valid Class 1 license
• Minimum 2 years long-haul experience (including 2 consecutive winters)
• At least 1 year of U.S. cross-border experience (included in the 2 years)
• Must live in Calgary/Airdrie area
• Fluent in English (read, write, speak)
• Clean abstract (zero moving violations, <5 demerits)
• FAST CARDS (XTL will help with obtaining them for new employees)

• Meat inspection experience

Responsibilities

• Drive Class 1 US/Canada Long-Haul routes
• Travel across Canada & U.S. for 5-7 days at a time
• Utilize reefer experience for loads
