About The Position

We are currently accepting resumes for an experienced Class 1 Linehaul Driver with deck experience for our Edmonton, AB operations. The successful applicant may be expected to perform a variety of duties, including highway and off-highway driving on radio-controlled roads, hauling various types of trailers (van, deck, b-train, lowbed, etc.), experience with load securement, and filling out a variety of paperwork. The successful applicant will be required to perform the standard responsibilities with driving commercial vehicles, such as pre-trip inspections, maintaining hours of service logs, and general paperwork.

Requirements

Valid Class 1 license with deck experience
Minimum of 24 months or 150,000 km of driving experience with articulated vehicles
Driver's abstract must show no driving-related criminal code convictions in the prior 36 months
Driver's abstract must show no more than 2 moving violations in the prior 12 months
Driver's abstract must show no more than 3 moving violations in the prior 36 months
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Proficient in English (both reading and writing)
A background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process
