About The Position

Midland Transport Limited is currently seeking professional Class 1 Linehaul Truck Driver - CAN-USA Run (Owner Operator). The Driver can be based out of any major city in the Maritimes. As a Linehaul Driver, you’ll run longhaul routes throughout the Maritimes, the U.S. Eastern Seaboard, and Ontario/Quebec while consistently following company procedures and maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements

• Class 1 license
• Professional linehaul driver experience
• Ability to drive in Canada and the USA

Responsibilities

• Run longhaul routes throughout the Maritimes, the U.S. Eastern Seaboard, and Ontario/Quebec.
• Consistently follow company procedures.
• Maintain high safety standards.

Benefits

• Canadian miles: $1.605 per mile.
• USA miles: $1.720 per mile.
• Fuel Capped at: Domestic $0.408 per liter & U.S. $1.54 per U.S. gal.
• Safety and fuel bonus paid quarterly.
• Pick-ups, drops, and wait times are paid (restrictions apply).
• Uniform allowance.
• Company will contribute towards the cost of painting the truck.
• Optional Group Insurance benefits available including downtime insurance.
