Class 1 Driver
About The Position
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Class 1 Driver to join their team. This role involves delivering and recovering a variety of equipment, tools, and supplies to and from customer worksites. The driver will typically operate a Class A truck, hauling equipment on flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailers in various conditions, including urban, suburban, and rural settings. Safe driving in tight spaces like construction zones is essential. Requirements
- Valid Driver’s license with Class 1 CDL License
- Acceptable driver's record
- Ability to drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones
- Customer service attitude
Nice To Haves
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment preferred
- Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers
Responsibilities
- Deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools, and supplies to and from the customer worksite.

- Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites.
