About The Position

The Cat Rental Store (Finning Canada) is seeking a Class 1 Driver for our branch in Edmonton. This position requires an individual who possesses the skills and determination to service customers in a polite, friendly and professional manner. As a Class 1 Driver with The Cat Rental Store, you will have knowledge of load securement and confidently be able to operate various types of rental equipment. Requirements

Must have a Class 1 driver’s license with a clean driving record
Having knowledge of load securement and knowledge of operating various types of equipment is a definite asset
Must be capable of repeated lifting/pushing required to load and unload smaller rental items
Must have a proven track record of successfully operating a large truck with trailer
Must be competent on basic computer programs including Email and Word
Have the ability to learn our basic company software program and driving log app

Nice To Haves

Experience with heavy equipment or a similar industry would be considered an asset

Responsibilities

Pickup and delivery of equipment
Loading and unloading company trucks
Various wash bay and yard duties
Keeping records updated electronically via company-specific Driver Log App on phone
Observe safety rules and regulations at TCRS customer sites and facilities
