About The Position

The Clamp Truck Operator is required to move raw materials (large paper rolls) through the plant to and from the production area, load and unload trailers. This is a very fast-paced environment, with high production goals.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Willing to work in a non-climate-controlled environment; exposed to heat and cold.
• Applicants will be required to pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening.
• At least one year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• At least one year of Industrial truck operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• At least one year with the same employer preferred.
• Strong focus on maintaining a safe and organized workplace.
• Individuals must be willing to work overtime through the week as well as required weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Corrugated Industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials (large paper rolls) through the plant to and from the production area.
• Load and unload trailers.
• Follow all safety rules and practices at all times.
• Maintain housekeeping continually during the assigned shift.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.
