About The Position

This position involves assembling various types of cabinets (wall, base, corner, and tall) according to specifications and CAD drawings. Key tasks include marking lines for dividers, ensuring proper alignment using doweling techniques, and meeting production targets. The role also requires maintaining a clean and organized workstation, including proper disposal of cardboard and recycling materials, and strictly following all safety procedures.

Requirements

• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements and assembly.
• Basic understanding of woodworking materials and construction techniques.
• Ability to meet production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Good organizational and housekeeping skills.
• Physical ability to lift and maneuver materials safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble wall, base, corner, and tall cabinets according to specifications.
• Mark appropriate lines for dividers in the correct positions for nailing.
• Ensure proper alignment and assembly of cabinets using doweling techniques.
• Read and interpret CAD drawings to assemble cabinets accurately.
• Meet the required production rate to achieve department targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including proper disposal of cardboard and recycling materials.
• Follow all safety procedures.
