Clamp Driver - Fox Valley
About The Position
International Paper is seeking a Clamp Driver for the Fox Valley location on the 2nd shift. This full-time hourly position involves operating a clamp truck to move materials, counting and stacking finished product, reading factory orders, and utilizing basic shop math. The role also includes inspecting, completing quality and administrative documents, and performing clean-up functions such as blowing down machines, wiping shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, and shredding scrap. The shift is Monday-Friday from 3pm to 11pm, with overtime as needed. The pay rate is $23.31 per hour, with a sign-on bonus of $500 after 30 days, $500 after 6 months, $500 after 1 year, and an additional bonus at 2 years.
