The Claims Team Manager leads a team of Claims Specialists who manage a portfolio of Workers Compensation claims to achieve the best possible outcomes and deliver an exceptional customer experience. The Claims Team Manager contributes to the organization’s success by developing talented employees, creating a work environment where employees feel appreciated, and exploring opportunities to continuously improve and adapt to a changing environment. Return to office requirements: If you reside within 50-mile radius of a Commercial Claims office, you will be required to go to the office twice a month (subject to change). Due to customer needs, the selected person must be located in the West Coast (OR, CA or AZ preferred).
