Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent practical experience.
Valid Connecticut Adjuster’s License.
Minimum of three years of experience in workers' compensation claims.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, time-management, and collaboration skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office is preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze and adjudicate workers' compensation claims in accordance with regulations and best practices.
Determine compensability and establish appropriate claim reserves.
Manage claims efficiently from inception through resolution.
Communicate effectively with employers, injured employees, medical providers, attorneys, and vendors.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance member satisfaction and reduce losses.
