This role supervises the operation of multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims for clients. The Claims Team Lead monitors colleagues' workloads, provides training, and oversees individual claim activities. They also provide technical/jurisdictional direction to examiner reports on claims adjudication and maintain a diary on claims within their teams, including frequent diaries on complex or high exposure claims.
