As an Experienced Auto Claims Specialist, you’ll leverage your expertise to manage cases and contribute to your team’s success. Requirements

  • 2+ years of Auto Liability Claims experience preferred.
  • Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.
  • Active Texas (4-20) All-Lines Adjusters license required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.
  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • College degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently and accurately handle insurance claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Manage incoming calls, collect accident facts, investigate claim details, collect statements from involved parties, and assist in the process of getting our customers back on the road.
  • Conduct thorough investigations to determine the extent of coverage and assess any potential fraud.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.
