The Claims Specialist II investigates, evaluates, and resolves cargo loss and damage claims across multiple lines of business. This role combines analytical thinking, investigative work, customer communication, and problem-solving to ensure claims are handled fairly, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies, contractual obligations, and federal regulations. In this position, you'll work closely with customers, agents, military representatives, national account contacts, and internal teams to gather information, determine liability, and reach appropriate claim resolutions. Success requires sound judgment, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex situations while maintaining a customer-focused approach.
