Our Claims Services Representative provides customer service support to consistently meet the needs of our customers during the workers’ compensation claim management process. You will work with customers via phone/email to provide billing information, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues. This position offers a hybrid work from home opportunity (work from home 2 days a week). The successful candidate must reside in the Sioux Falls, SD area.
