About The Position

The Claims Resolution Representative resolves high volumes of aging insurance claims by contacting insurance companies and providers by phone or using insurer websites when available. The role calls for attention to detail, effective communication with insurance companies, teamwork, and self-motivation.

The position is based at Great Expressions’ corporate office in Southfield, Michigan, with a hybrid schedule: in the office Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday, and remote Wednesday and Friday. The representative may also take on other tasks as requested by their direct manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 3 years of dental front desk, medical claims processing, or dental claims processing experience.
• Prior experience with insurance or accounts receivable, including denied claims.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliability and flexibility with time committed to the position.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work well with a team and be self-motivated.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in dental insurance claims is a plus.
• High-volume, fast-paced office experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
