Claims Repricing and Filing Specialist
About The Position
As a Claims Repricing and Filing Specialist, you'll spend your day reviewing healthcare claims, researching provider and facility participation through network resources, and ensuring claims are accurately repriced according to network agreements, plan provisions, and company guidelines. You'll navigate multiple systems, investigate information, verify details, and make informed decisions that contribute to the quality and efficiency of the claims process. Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong data entry and computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Ability to learn and navigate multiple internal and external systems
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening
