About The Position

Metro Public Adjustment, LLC, founded in 1994, is one of the largest Adjustment firms in the United States. We are seeking motivated, coachable self-starters who are willing to complete a proven training program, advance their careers, and obtain a professional license. This is a fully commissioned entry-level position with the opportunity to advance into management positions. There is no salary cap and flexible hours. Our remote claims representatives can set their own schedule; work part-time or full-time; work either in-person or remotely.

Requirements

• Motivated, coachable self-starters.
• Willingness to complete a proven training program.

• Willingness to obtain a professional license.
• No public adjusting experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Review and interpret insurance policies.
• Conduct virtual or in-person property inspections.
• Apply key skills to support business growth and success.
• Deliver excellent customer service and respond to client needs.
• Complete required paperwork to initiate claims process.
