About The Position

The Claims Representative I (Health & Dental) position in Cincinnati, OH, offers associates the flexibility of full-time virtual work, with the exception of mandatory in-person training sessions. This hybrid approach is designed to enhance productivity, support work-life integration, and ensure essential face-to-face onboarding and skill development. Candidates must be within a reasonable commuting distance from the posting location. The role requires on-site attendance for the first two days of training, with the remainder of the 17-week training program conducted virtually. Full attendance is mandatory throughout the training period. The Claims Representative I is responsible for successfully completing basic training and performing job functions with assistance from colleagues and managers on non-basic issues. Passing the appropriate pre-employment test battery is also required.

Requirements

HS diploma or equivalent and related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Must pass the appropriate pre-employment test battery.

Nice To Haves

Good oral and written communication skills
Previous experience using PC, database system, and related software (word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) strongly preferred.
