This position is responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating settlement of assigned property claims with the goal of serving the customer and ensuring quality file handling. The role involves handling moderate to large complexity Personal and Commercial Lines Claims, including large losses with oversight, and being an active member of the mid-level large loss team. The representative will perform onsite and virtual inspections, resolve coverage and damage issues, prepare estimates of repair, and document all claim activity. The role also involves creating high policyholder satisfaction, coordinating vendor services, serving as a technical subject matter expert, identifying trends, and participating in catastrophe response.
