About The Position
Luxottica is hiring a Claims Processor in Mason, Ohio. The role follows a hybrid work model, with work performed remotely and in the office. This temporary position may convert to a full-time position based on performance. The Claims Processor handles manual claims accurately and efficiently and participates in special projects. The role works closely with supervisors and coworkers to provide customer service and meet performance standards in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 0–1 years of experience in claims processing or data entry.
- Proficiency in data entry and claims processing systems.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and Access.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Complete OIG/GSA/OFAC Exclusion Screenings before the start date.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with the EyeMed claims system, Metastorm, Exclaim, and EyeNet.
- Understanding of third-party benefits and administration.
