Requirements
- High School Diploma (Associates degree preferred).
- Develops knowledge of local, state, and federal insurance-related policies.
- Develops analytical and organizational abilities with a focus on prioritization.
- Develops working knowledge of claim data processing systems.
- Demonstrates interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provides administrative and processing support to the Claims department.
- May process and organize claim file information.
- Prepares and maintains records.
- Identifies opportunities to streamline claims procedures, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
