Start your journey with us The Headquarters Claims department is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Litigation Specialist to handle and oversee key account workers’ compensation claims.
Requirements

- knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Adobe
- three or more years of workers’ compensation claim handling experience
Nice To Haves
- AIC, CPCU, SCLA or other relevant education
Responsibilities
- oversee workers’ compensation claims
- supervise coverage/jurisdictional analysis and defense strategies
- evaluate workers’ compensation exposure/reserves, including reserves greater than $100,000
- work in team environment as part of Workers’ Compensation Claims
- provide technical direction and support to claim handling associates
- communicate effectively with agents and underwriters
- participate in development and delivery of training, as needed
- involvement in special projects, as needed
- travel as needed relevant to position
- pursue continuing education to remain current and attain expertise relevant to job duties
