The Headquarters Claims department is seeking a workers’ compensation litigation specialist to handle and supervise workers’ compensation claims in our Fairfield, OH office. Requirements

  • Three or more years of workers’ compensation claim handling experience
  • AIC, CPCU, SCLA or other relevant education

Responsibilities

  • Supervise workers’ compensation claims for key accounts
  • Supervise coverage/jurisdictional analysis and defense strategies
  • Evaluate workers’ compensation exposure/reserves, including reserves greater than $100,000
  • Work in team environment as part of Workers’ Compensation Claims
  • Provide technical direction and support to Field Claims associates
  • Prepare and present periodic reporting to key accounts
  • Participate in development and delivery of training
  • Involvement in special projects as needed
  • Pursue continuing education to remain current and attain expertise relevant to job duties
