About The Position
The Claims Examiner processes routine and non-routine claims using established claim standards and departmental policies and procedures. The role evaluates and adjudicates claims accurately and in a timely manner according to set standards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in health care claims and customer service.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance.
- Computer literacy.
