OFFICE LOCATIONS: Concord, CA PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE: To analyze and process complex auto and commercial transportation claims by reviewing coverage, completing investigations, determining liability and evaluating the scope of damages.

Requirements

  • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred.
  • Licensing / Jurisdiction Knowledge:

Responsibilities

  • Manages complex commercial and personal auto claims, including bodily injury exposures, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution
  • Provides end‑to‑end claim oversight, including litigation management, excess carrier reporting, vendor coordination, and quality file handling
  • Drives claims toward prompt and appropriate outcomes by meeting regulatory requirements, developing action plans, and identifying subrogation and risk transfer opportunities
  • Serves as a key point of contact for insureds, clients, and agents or brokers, ensuring clear communication throughout the claim’s lifecycle
  • Supports organizational quality initiatives, adapts to evolving business needs, and travels as required
