About The Position

Our client is expanding their Call Center Loss Drafts Team, and we’re looking for confident, thick-skinned Customer Service Representatives who can handle high-level homeowner claims with professionalism and empathy. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, can stay cool under pressure 😎, and aren’t afraid of tough conversations—this role is for you! You’ll handle homeowner insurance claims, acting as the key liaison between the homeowner, lender, and Proctor. Calls can range from quick updates to in-depth conversations (1–45 minutes). Many callers may be frustrated—your calm, professional approach makes all the difference. 📞 Expect 40–50 inbound calls per day, plus outbound follow-ups as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years Call Center experience (claims, insurance, or escalations preferred)
  • Thick skin & ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Strong customer service & communication skills
  • Windows PC proficiency (systems are not user-friendly)
  • Typing speed 35 WPM+
  • Working cellphone (for dual authentication) 📱
  • Reliable transportation 🚗

Nice To Haves

  • Insurance or mortgage experience
  • Auto or other claims experience
  • Medicaid/Medicare call center experience

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound & outbound calls related to existing homeowner claims
  • Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve issues 💻
  • Manage escalated calls professionally
  • Document all interactions accurately in the claims system 📝
  • Provide clear, accurate information to upset customers
  • Problem-solve and drive resolution every call
