If so, Auto Driveaway Systems, LLC is seeking an energetic, safety-focused, and detail-oriented Claims Coordinator to handle the administration and resolution of vehicle, cargo, and liability claims with one of the largest professional vehicle logistics and relocation companies in the United States. The Claims Coordinator will work closely with drivers, operations leaders, and the broader safety team to ensure prompt, efficient, and appropriate management and resolution of claims. This role will also serve as a liaison to insurance carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and repair facilities to ensure progress, appropriate claim handling, cost control, and regulatory compliance. The position plays a key role in safety initiatives by analyzing incidents, determining preventability, and supporting corrective actions in furtherance of Auto Driveaway’s goal to drive to zero incidents and accidents. Auto Driveaway is a leading national provider of professional vehicle relocation services. Auto Driveaway primarily serves large corporate fleets, fleet management companies, upfitters, dealerships and vehicle OEMs with fast, safe, and reliable door-to-door driveaway and trucked transportation service nationwide. Services include fleet shipping and fleet management services; single vehicle “door-to-door driveaway” shipping; expedited shipping; enclosed carrier shipping for high-value vehicles; international (overseas) shipping; short-term and long-term vehicle storage; licensing, titling, and registration of vehicles; and vehicle maintenance and reconditioning services.
