About The Position

The Risk Management team is a small, strong, and highly engaged group that serves as a trusted partner to the business. The team helps safeguard the organization by placing corporate insurance programs, managing claims, supporting risk mitigation efforts, and providing practical guidance on complex issues. Because of the team’s size, this role offers broad exposure, meaningful responsibility, and the chance to make a visible impact. It is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and contributing to work that directly supports the organization’s success. Hallmark is seeking an experienced Claims Consultant to join our Risk Management team. In this role, you will support the company’s property and casualty risk management programs by overseeing claims administration, partnering with business leaders, and helping drive effective claim resolution and cost containment. This position is ideal for a claims professional who brings strong technical expertise, sound judgment, and the ability to manage complex claim matters across multiple lines of coverage, including workers’ compensation, general liability, auto liability, property, and other insured losses. You will work closely with internal partners, third-party administrators, and business units to ensure claims are handled accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with company practices. The successful candidate will be a collaborative and detail-oriented claims professional who can balance technical claims expertise with strong communication, relationship-building, and analytical skills. This role requires someone who can manage multiple priorities, provide thoughtful guidance on complex matters, and partner effectively across the organization. This is an opportunity to play an important role in supporting Hallmark’s risk management strategy while partnering with teams across the business. You’ll help ensure claims are managed thoughtfully, efficiently, and with a focus on both people and business outcomes.
