Responsibilities

• Managing freight claims with carriers and customers, ensuring fair outcomes
• Filing, negotiating, and settling freight claims in a timely manner
• Providing and updating reports for customers and supervisors
• Communicating with all parties on the status of claims
• Receiving calls from vendors and customers, maintaining a high level of customer service
