About The Position
The Claims Analyst will be responsible for analyzing insurance and other related documents. This role requires a strong understanding of medical terminology, life and disability insurance policies, and proficiency with CPT and ICD 10 codes. The ideal candidate will be customer service and problem-solving oriented, with excellent analytical skills and bilingual abilities in Spanish and English.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Knowledge and/or experience in medical terminology.
- Understanding of life and disability insurance policies.
- Proficiency with CPT and ICD 10 codes in medical terminology.
- Ability to analyze insurance and other related documents.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Customer service and problem solving oriented.
- Bilingual: Advanced level Spanish; Intermediate level English.
- Excellent analytical skills.
