Requirements

4+ years working in Veterinary Medicine as a Veterinary Nurse
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience learning and using new technology
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice To Haves

Claims experience/licensing strongly preferred
2+ years of experience in a similar role

Responsibilities

Maintain proper file documentation, file notes, and investigation documentation on each assigned claim.
Interact with veterinary clinics to ensure timely claim resolution
Meet or exceed all standards for timeliness, accuracy, and claims volume
Hold or be willing to obtain an Independent Adjuster License
Ensure compliance and support regulatory communications and reporting as needed
Work successfully with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support the needs of those teams
