About The Position

Repwest Insurance is seeking a Claims Adjuster to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a full-time, in-office position responsible for handling truck, trailer, and storage property damage claims. As a Claims Adjuster, you will investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and resolve property damage claims while providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Ability to obtain an Arizona Adjuster License within 30 days of employment.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work on-site in Phoenix, AZ, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough investigations to determine coverage, liability, and claim validity.
Assess damages and evaluate claim values to facilitate fair and timely settlements.
Negotiate claim settlements with customers, vendors, and other involved parties.
Maintain productivity and quality standards in accordance with company expectations.
Document claim activities accurately and ensure timely claim resolution.
