About The Position

As a Claims Adjudicator, you play a critical role in ensuring our members and providers receive accurate and timely claim decisions. By combining efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service, you directly contribute to GroupSource’s mission of delivering customized group benefits with care and integrity. This is a hybrid role based out of our Calgary office, working a mix of days on site and from home each week.

Requirements

Strong accuracy and attention to detail, with proven data-entry skills and number-pad familiarity.
Excellent customer service skills with strong oral and written communication abilities.
Above-average organizational and planning skills to manage high volumes of work.
Comfort with repetitive tasks and the ability to meet productivity goals.
Tech-savviness and willingness to learn new systems quickly.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the group benefits industry is an asset
Bilingual in French is an asset
Post-secondary completion/near completion is an asset

Responsibilities

Adjudicating health and dental claims accurately and efficiently, including both basic and complex cases.
Assisting members and providers by answering telephone and email inquiries with professionalism and care.
Meeting or exceeding established productivity standards, including processing approximately 250 lines of claims daily.
Learning and applying standard processing rules for group benefits claims.
Mastering the ClaimSecure program within the first three months.
Supporting colleagues by filing correspondence, claims, and assisting with inquiries.
